  • To place an order, add items to cart, enter billing & shipping details, select payment, and submit the order.

  • After payment, you may review/correct the order before shipment.
  • The contract is formed upon the Seller's shipment confirmation email; that email serves as receipt.
  • If unable to fulfill due to stock, pricing, fraud concerns, etc., the Seller may cancel the order and inform the Customer.

3. Product Quality & Pricing

  • All products are sourced from manufacturers or authorised dealers, with quality control and original labels.
  • Price errors may occur—orders with incorrect prices may be cancelled and correct pricing provided.
  • Prices may vary due to exchange rate changes or promotions.
  • Customers should contact support within two months of issue detection. Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

4. Payment

  • Payment via Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc., with encrypted data transfer.
  • Total cost includes shipping and duties; bank fees for international payments are user's responsibility.
  • Gift cards are not for sale but can be redeemed; contact support for such issues.

5. Promo Codes

  • Promo codes are subject to terms and condition limitations.
  • If items bought with promo codes are returned, the code remains valid upon approval; any price difference will be refunded.

6. Flash Sales

  • Flash sales are first-come, first-served and require login.
  • Sales close automatically after the event ends.

Refund Procedure

  2. Customer service will review within 48 hours and confirm with you.
  3. Once approved, return the item to the provided return address.
  4. After inspection, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method & Time

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
  • Bank processing may take 2-10 additional business days to reflect.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If due to product defect or incorrect delivery, return shipping is covered by us.
  • If returned due to personal preference or sizing issues, the customer covers shipping costs.
